Shopping Malls In Denver You Can’t Miss!

The city of Denver has grown into one of the hottest cities in the entire United States. Young professionals have fled the coasts, trying to escape the hectic environment and prohibitive rent. The Mile-High City is famous for its easy access to mountains, ski resorts, concerts at Red Rocks, and amazing bars. Want to know one thing you shouldn’t overlook? The spectacular shopping scene in Denver.

Among all the things I did in my trip, I must say that my experience in the high-end malls stood out. If you dig weekend-long spending sprees, this list will serve you nicely.

I’ve highlighted some of the coolest places you must check out if you’re in the mood for souvenirs or getting beautiful outfits.

CHERRY CREEK NORTH

Locals associate Cherry Creek North with luxury and wealth. It particularly excels for those seeking tailored couture. It’s a stunning, landscaped, 16-block collection of ateliers, galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and spas. Like its own independent little city. Cherry Creek North has it all.

You can find anything you want there, from expensive jewelry to the latest fashion trends. It’s a great place to window shop. Cherry Creek offers you more than a Shopping experience. I especially recommend checking The Cherry Creek Arts Festival. It takes place every July 4th weekend, and it really blew me away!

LARIMER SQUARE

The city’s No. 1 historic district, Larimer Square, has some of Denver’s best restaurants, salons, bars, and boutiques. It’s hip, chic and easily spotted by its strings of lights across the street. If you’re on the hunt for the latest trends, Larimer Square is the right place for you. It’s a top spot for purchasing something stylish with more than 200 fashion lines on display.

The well-known block has 23 retail shops, and each one of them offers locally-sourced products. Larimer Square takes “American-made” to the next level. Many products are in fact manufactured right in Colorado. You’ll also find works from designers like Tracy Reese, True Religion and Ted Baker.

The good things is its only a block away from our Denver web design office.

16TH STREET MALL

16th Street Mall is a tree-lined promenade of red and gray granite. Its location runs through the center of Downtown Denver. With 42 outdoor cafes, it’s the perfect place to grab a bite or have a drink with friends. The Mall packs excellent restaurants, multi-story bookshops, sports bars and 12 movie theaters.

It features an abundance of fountains, plazas, public art and stores. Start strolling, and in no time at all, you’ll find something catching your eye.

TENNYSON STREET

Tennyson Street is a 3-4 block area that recently experienced rapid improvement. It has become quite popular in the past few years after dramatic changes. It now offers several shops, galleries, and restaurants for you to check out.

Find affordable women’s fashion in stores like Inspyre Boutique and Berkeley Supply. For the animal lovers among you, Mouthfuls Pet Supply is the perfect spot. I enjoyed the BookBar a lot, a unique blend of wine bar and bookstore. It’ll be interesting to go back in a year and see what new shops and restaurants are there!

Well, that should be more than enough to get you going for now!
