Investing in the NFT market is a lot like purchasing a stock, except a few extra steps are involved. Some websites make it easy to buy NFTs with money, but for the most part, you’ll have to sign up for a cryptocurrency exchange before you can start investing. Most of the exchanges that people use worldwide have included an NFT market alongside their traditional assets (like Crypto.com/NFT, for example). 

Before NFTs went mainstream, you would have to get a personal wallet like Metamask and send your funds over there. At that point, you could visit an NFT projects website and directly mint them from your browsers. Some projects still use this method and it’s the best way to find projects at lower prices.

Once an NFT project has become widely available on exchanges and OpenSea, odds are you’ve already missed the low level to buy in.
